We will honour returns up to 10 days from purchase with all original packaging and proof of an e-receipt. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
All products must be unused, unwashed and left with tag attached.
Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:
All vintage items, including clothing, homeware, shoes and accessories, can be returned for store credit or exchanged for a different product only. No refunds for the original payment method are offered.
Intimates are final sale.
All personal care items are final sale. This included fragrances, bath and body products, cosmetics and nail polish. We encourage you to open and test the samples we have available at the shop.
Items that are marked down are final sale.

We recommend adding tracking to returned packages. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once we have received a return, we will review it and issue a refund or store credit, minus the original shipping charges.
